Rate and Rental Details

  • We collect a $500 deposit to reserve Turtle Cay. Upon arrival, the deposit becomes a refundable damage deposit. It will be returned after the property is inspected and found to be in the same condition as it was at the time of check in (minus typical cleaning details);
  • Taxes are 10% and are additional to rent, cleaning, and pet fees. These fees are due and payable 8 weeks in advance of your arrival dates.
  • There are two options for the cleaning fee: 1) Guests can pay a $215 cleaning fee and do no cleaning other than leaving the house tidy; or 2) Guests can pay $165 and do some minor chores as listed on the rental agreement;
  • Holiday upcharges of $500 apply to the following weeks: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years;
  • We have 3 night minimums between September and February, except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, which are weekly minimums;
  • We cannot offer refunds once the house is booked unless it becomes uninhabitable or unless we are able to re-rent for the same time period and price. We encourage all renters to obtain trip cancellation insurance. We charge a 10% administrative fee for all renter-incurred cancellations;
  • We want you to enjoy Turtle Cay during your stay. Please treat it like it was your home, Smoking is not allowed indoors, and all tobacco  waste must be disposed of properly. Please do not litter the grounds of Turtle Cay or the beach!
