What do you look for in a vacation home?  Great views?  Private beach access?  Comfortable accommodations in an intimate atmosphere?  Welcome to Turtle Cay.  This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home offers all of these and more.  When you walk in the front door, the bamboo floors welcome you to the beach.  Turtle Cay is designed for groups up to 8 people.  Its unique, two-floor bedroom layout makes Turtle Cay a perfect choice for two families to vacation together.  The house is situated above the dunes of the Atlantic Ocean coastline.   This area of South Ponte Vedra Beach consists of mostly single family homes with little public beach access.  This means that you have a very quiet beach to enjoy every day.  However, if you want a night on the town, St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra are less than 15 minutes away and offer golf, shopping, restaurants, and more.

Turtle Cay is a two story, oceanfront home with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.  The 2nd floor is the main living area with an open floor plan.  This is where you will find the kitchen, dining area, and living room, all with views of the ocean.  There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the 2nd floor as well.  The wrap around deck offers wonderful views of the beach.  Downstairs are two more bedrooms and another full bathroom.  There is also a laundry room and an oversized 1 car garage.

The 2nd floor master bedroom contains a queen size bed, television armoire, private bath with a walk-in shower, and private deck/ocean access.  The 2nd bedroom upstairs is decorated in a beachy bamboo theme and features two twin beds.  This bedroom has semi-private access to the 2nd full bathroom.  Downstairs, the 3rd bedroom is a spacious room with a king bed.  The 4th bedroom contains two more twin beds.  The 3rd full bathroom is located on the first floor, along with the laundry room.

The living room is decorated in nautical themes and is brightened naturally by the skylights and oceanfront windows.  There is a sectional sofa with seating for 6, and two cozy captains' chairs.  The living room also has a TV, DVD/VCR, cable channels, and internet access.   The kitchen is open and looks out to the living room.  It is completely furnished with everything needed to cook all of your favorite meals.  There is bar seating for 3 and the dining table seats 8.

The wrap-around deck is the place to be when enjoying the outdoors at Turtle Cay.  The rear portion of the deck is covered, providing a cool shady retreat that overlooks the beach and ocean.  The uncovered portion of the deck wraps around the side and front of the house.  This is a great spot for getting some sun or enjoying the evening sunset over the intracoastal waterway.  The deck has a lockable gate that leads to the private dune walkover.  This comes in handy if you have little beachcombers around!
