Seacrest 101 is a lovely new ground-level condo in an exclusive building of only 7 units. Located on Vilano Beach, just two miles from downtown historic St. Augustine, Florida, Seacrest 101 offers convenience, privacy, pristine living, and a wonderful wide and sandy beach.

Seacrest 101 is decorated in sunny blues, greens, and cream, adding a warm ambiance to the high quality furnishings and charming beach oriented décor. The living-dining-kitchen areas are totally open to each other and to the patio and beach beyond. The ocean is clearly visible from the main living areas, offering a blue-green vista through the large sliding doors.

The kitchen is furnished with all the conveniences of home, and the granite counters and top quality appliances offer an appreciated touch of elegance. Ocean views and the sounds of the waves make meal preparation a delight!

Three bedrooms, two full baths, and laundry complete the interior. The master bedroom contains a king bed and a private bath with separate shower and soaking tub. The other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twins, share a full bath.

Just outside the living area you will enjoy a delightful covered patio, complete with a dining table, comfortable chairs and a gas grill. From here, it is a simple stroll over a private walkway to the beach and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. We supply all the beach supplies you will need, from towels and umbrellas to beach chairs and beach toys!

Seacrest offers all the amenities you would expect in a quality resort. Televisions, DVD players, and VCRs are placed in the living area and all bedrooms. A stereo system is in the living area, and high-speed wireless Internet is available throughout. On-site parking is provided for up to three cars.
