Seacrest 101
 

Rate and Rental Details

  • We collect a $500 deposit per week (or less) in order to reserve Seacrest 101. Upon arrival, the deposit becomes a refundable damage deposit. Assuming no problems, the deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure.
  • Taxes of 10% are additional to the stated rental rate, cleaning fees, and pet fees. The full rent and taxes are due and payable 6 weeks in advance of your arrival date.
  • Holiday up charges are $300 for Seacrest 101 and apply to the following weeks: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
  • We have a 3 night minimum in Fall, Winter, and Spring, except for holiday weeks, in which we have a one week minimum. Summer rentals are weekly only. We have a 4 night minimum for late summer rentals.
  • In terms of cleaning fees, we offer two options: 1) pay a cleaning fee of $175 and do no cleaning other than leaving the condo tidy, OR 2) pay a $100 cleaning fee and do the following: wash at least one full load of linens, wash all dishes, empty trash and opened food into the supplied tie bags, leave the grill clean, run the "self clean" on the oven if it is dirty, and put all furniture back where you found it.
  • We cannot offer refunds once the property is booked unless it becomes uninhabitable or unless we are able to re-rent for the same time period and price. We encourage all renters to obtain trip cancellation insurance.  For any renter-initiated cancellation, we charge a 10% management fee.
