Rate and Rental Details

• We collect a $500 deposit per week in order to reserve Seacrest 101. Upon arrival, the deposit becomes a refundable damage deposit. Assuming no problems, the deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure.
• Taxes of 9% are additional to the stated rental rate. The full rent and taxes are due and payable 6 weeks in advance of your arrival date.
• Holiday up charges are $300 for Seacrest 101 and apply to the following weeks: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
• We have a week minimum all year round; during the fall and winter, we can start the weekly rental any day of the week.
• Between March 1 and Labor Day, we rent only Sunday-Sunday.
• In terms of cleaning fees, we offer two options: 1) pay a cleaning fee of $125 and do no cleaning, OR 2) pay no cleaning fee and do the following: wash at least one full load of sheets or towels, wash all dishes, empty all trash and opened food into the supplied tie bags, clean the grill, and put all furniture back where you found it.
• We cannot offer refunds once the property is booked unless it becomes uninhabitable or unless we are able to re-rent for the same time period and price. We encourage all renters to obtain trip cancellation insurance.  For any renter-initiated cancellation, we charge a 10% management fee.
