Rate and Rental Details

• We collect a $500 deposit per week (or less) in order to reserve Seawatch. Upon arrival, the deposit becomes a refundable damage deposit. Assuming no problems, the deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure.

• Taxes of 10% are additional to the stated rental rate and cleaning fees. The full rent and taxes are due and payable  8 weeks in advance of your arrival date.

• Holiday up charges are $500 for Seawatch and apply to the following weeks: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

• We have 3 night minimums between September and March 12, except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, which are weekly minimums. Fl-Ga weekend has a 4 night minimum.

• Between mid March and mid August, we rent only by the week, Sunday-Sunday.

• Between August 15 and Sepember 11, we rent only by the week, but the start days are flexible.

• We offer two options for cleaning fees: 1) pay a $250 cleaning fee and do NO cleaning (other than leaving the house and grounds tidy); or 2) pay a $200 cleaning fee and do the following: wash at least one full load of linens; wash all dishes and kitchen utensils; empty the kitchen of opened food items; put all trash and garbage in the supplied tie bags; and put all furniture pieces where you found them.

• We cannot offer refunds once the house is booked unless it becomes uninhabitable or unless we are able to re-rent for the same time period and price. For all refunds due to renter-incurred cancellations, we charge a 10% administrative fee. We encourage all renters to obtain trip cancellation insurance.
