We stayed 4 weeks at this great home. Children and grandchildren took turns visiting and all had a great time. The house was everything it was advertised to be and all amenities were provided as promised. You can believe the on-line photos (not the case for every house). We did not eat out much but thought auntie Kate's was fair, Gypsy Cab, Al's Pizza, and Mangroves were good. Most of our time was beach time with visits to Lighthouse, Castillo, Alligator Farm, and St Georges Street. Grandchildren enjoyed the waves best of all and the weather was great 80% of the time. Even bad days were good!! We would strongly recommend this home and it will be near the top of our list next year - depending on how many visitors we plan to have.

We wanted to say Thank You to Wren Beach Rentals for providing our family with a beautiful rental. We loved everything about Seawatch & enjoyed spending the 4th of July in South Ponte Vedra. The home itself was perfect for our family group of 10, who all agreed that their travel from Tennessee, Colorado, & Arizona was well worth it. The home was spacious, spotless & filled with every amenity one could need. And while the house was great - nothing compares to the beach...we were so impressed by the sandy shores & crystal clear water. We enjoyed walking the beach for shells, swimming in the waves & relaxing while soaking up some sun. Our family hopes this was our first of many stays in the Ponte Vedra area & with Wren Beach Rentals.

Judy's customer service skills and kind care are outstanding. She is genuinely concerned with accommodating your needs. Seawatch was a wonderful experience. The luxurious accommodations, the ocean view, the sound of the surf, Seawatch was the ideal place for us on our 30th wedding anniversary. We have lots of good memories. We'll never forget the wonderful moments together on the deck during the mornings. Before you purchase seasonings, check the pantry as many items have been left by previous guests. Including what we left, there was a wide assortment from garlic powder to seasoning salt. The week went by much too fast.

This was a fantastic beach house for my kids and grandkids it was perfect and the beach and house was stocked with toys for the kids and boogie boards for the older ones so everything was planned out perfect for a family vacation. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a beach getaway, with kids and family it is magnificent.

Nic house with a good layout (bedrooms on ocean-facing decks), more than enough room for our family of six, and great location right on the beach. The beach itself is very nice, mainly soft sand (some rougher/shell covered areas at low-tide, not a problem) and in April, anyway, it was very private. For at least a couple of miles north/south of the house there are only private homes, so we didn't have to deal with resort-sized crowds. No real problems overall and we had a very enjoyable week on the beach. The kids also really enjoyed the pool at Serenata and the folks there are nice and accommodating (I was extremely late in registering), and it's very easy to get to from the house. So in my estimation, it is worth paying the bit extra for the week's club membership. Possibly in late spring or in summer, with warmer ocean temps, this would not have been so important. Overall, I'd recommend this one to friend and family and rate it worth repeating again soon, and that's not something I can say about many of the homes we've rented.

We have stayed at several properties in the Vilano Beach/South Ponte Vedra area over the years and this property was the best we've encountered. The house is laid out perfectly for a big family or large party with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs as well as plenty of bathrooms and storage space. The large porch and ample seating allowed us all to be outside eating and sitting at the same time. Unlike most houses along the water, this house had yard play areas for the kids for when they were taking a break from the beach. If you don't know the area, this house is situated conviently between restaurants to the south and north. The nearest Publix supermarket is only 15 minutes away so food runs are very easy (manager note: a new Publix has recently opened in Vilano Beach, which is a 10 minute drive). The beach access is very easy and the privacy of this stretch of beach is amazing. There is not a public beach access close to this house so we saw only a handful of people the entire week. We would strongly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away and enjoy the beach!

The house was gorgeous, clean and well-maintained, but the real prize was the beach Sunrises were gorgeous. The beach is quite large at low tide...lots of shells and space to lounge. The kids even flew kites one day . Very private, just a little piece of heaven. Great location, just a few miles from St. Augustine. Lots of kids' toys in the garage and lots of room in the house to have some quiet time if needed. We hope to visit again and highly recommend. Also, Judy is wonderful to deal with :)

Booking via email is always a bit leery but we all loved this place - it was big, clean and very well maintained. It was close to golf courses and the City of St. Augustine which has much history and exceptional shops. We had 8 people (4 couples) and this house worked perfectly for everyone. The only mistake we made was not booking it for longer. I would definitely recommend this house to a friend or colleague as well as Cap's Restaurant just several miles south of the house. We appreciated the quick response to all of our inquiries, both during the booking process and while we were on site.

The house was perfect. All the descriptions and photos provided were excellent. It was spotless and well maintained. The grill is too small for 10 people occupying the house but we made it work. We really enjoy grilling. I have recommended it to friends and family. Wren Beach Rentals is so easy to work with. Judy is very easy to reach. We were in town for the (Finish Breast Cancer) marathon so didn't do any other activities or any restaurants. The non-runners enjoyed the beach. We would definitely rent this property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seawatch. The accommodations worked very well for four couples. Everyone remarked how clean and well furnished the home was and particularly how well equipped the kitchen was; and the beach was just a short walk right off the deck. We definitely recommend this home. Also, Judy Wren at Wren Beach Rentals was very helpful and great to work with.

This home is exceptional in every way! We had 5 couples stay very comfortably at Seawatch for a long weekend in October. The home was very private, nicely decorated, clean, well stocked kitchen, and a beautiful beach with gorgeous sunsets! We had the beach to ourselves. Wren Properties were exceptional to work with. They made sure we had extra propane for the grill, gave suggestions for wonderful restaurants, and made the whole rental process very simple. They were easily accessible at all times to answer any questions. We are coming back again next year!!

Manager's Response: I think Ann Marie meant to comment on the gorgeous sun RISES over the Atlantic, but one unique amenity at Seawatch is that you get the benefit of the sunrises over the ocean AND sunsets over the Intracoastal. The front of the house faces the Guana Park so no homes or other buildings obscure the sunsets! As she mentioned, it is a perfect home for several couples all bedrooms face the ocean and open onto oceanfront decks, which is extremely unusual in this area!
