Seawatch

Seawatch is an elegant new home, beautifully appointed, and designed for individual privacy as well as cozy togetherness. Located in South Ponte Vedra Beach, approximately 6 miles south of Ponte Vedra and 12 miles north of St. Augustine, Seawatch is on a very private lot.  Guests can enjoy views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean to the east and the pristine Guana Preserve to the west, and yet be within easy driving distance to restaurants, golf, shopping, or other attractions.

                Direct Ocean Front Setting

Seawatch features a tasteful color palette of cream and tan, imbuing the house with a sense of calm. Colorful splashes of red and green are interspersed throughout to keep the décor lively, as well as to remind us that we are on vacation!  The living-dining-kitchen areas share ocean views and access to a long covered porch. Comfortable seating, a table for eight, large TV/DVD, and a gas fireplace (for our winter guests only) insure that you will enjoy all the comforts of home.

Open Kitchen with Granite, Stainless, and Views

The kitchen is a masterpiece of design, spaciousness, and beauty. The forest green cabinets are enhanced by a large island and granite counters. Stainless appliances and storage galore add to the ambiance. Views of the ocean and the Guana Preserve insure that meal prep is delightful!

             Two Master Suites on Main Level

In addition to the primary living area, the main (2nd floor) level contains two master suites, a powder room, and a large laundry. Each bedroom suite contains a queen size bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and French doors opening onto the covered deck and ocean beyond.

Elevator Makes for Easy Living

An elevator from the mud room behind the garage to the second and third levels provides convenience for luggage and groceries, as well as people!

      All Bedrooms Open onto Oceanfront Decks

On the third level are two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen. They share a large split bathroom, and both bedrooms open onto a small open deck with panoramic ocean views. Just down the hall is a study, also with ocean views. The study contains a queen size sleeper sofa, private bath, laundry, and a kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Stairs from the study connect to the dune walkover below, allowing early risers to head to the beach without disturbing late sleepers on the main level.

 

         Huge Covered Porch on Ocean Side

Outdoor spaces expand the living areas of Seawatch. The covered deck on the main level runs the length of the house and is outfitted with two round dining tables and many chairs, as well as a large gas grill. On the south side of the deck is an enclosed shower with hot and cold water, an amenity that has proven be extremely popular with visiting children, as well as their parents! The open deck on the top level is a cozy spot for snoozing in the sun or watching seagulls soar in formation. Additionally, Seawatch has a totally fenced back yard, providing safe outdoor play space for children. In front, an oversized double garage and circular driveway offer spacious parking.

Seawatch is our most formal house, elegant in every respect. You may never want to leave!
