On the main floor of this oceanfront house are a spacious living - dining area; an open kitchen; laundry room with two washers and dryers; the master suite with king bed and private bath; and another full bath opening to the oceanfront deck.

Upstairs are three additional bedrooms and one full bath. Two rooms have queen beds and face the ocean. The third bedroom has two twin beds and overlooks the marsh and the Intracoastal Waterway.

On the lower level, just  a few steps below the main living area, is a hideaway bunk room with sleeping for four.

You will love the oceanfront deck! With lots of deck furniture, private walkway to the beach, and the large outdoor hot tub, there is room for everyone to relax and congregate.

The private dune walkover leads to a wide, sandy, and car free beach, perfect for sunning, swimming, surfing, strolling, or snoozing! You can walk for miles in either direction without being disturbed, gather shells and prehistoric sharks' teeth, enjoy the tide pools that form at low tide....and easily run back to the house for a cool drink or lunch!

Within a few minutes, you can participate in all the activities the area has to offer! Go horseback riding on the beach; rent a canoe and paddle around the Guana Lake; enjoy all the attractions of St. Augustine such as the Alligator Farm, Ghost Tours, and the Old Fort; play golf on numerous nearby courses such as the King and the Bear at World Golf Village; charter a boat for deep sea fishing; poke around St. Augustine's many art galleries and antiques shops; get bargains at the Outlet Mall; enjoy the many restaurants in  Ponte Vedra, Vilano Beach, and St. Augustine; or make day trips to Daytona Speedway, Marineland, or Disney.
