Wonderful property and location. It was glorious waking up and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves just outside the windows. Plenty of space for all 9 of us. The kids room was a big hit and got plenty of usage. The hot tub was nice and relaxing and the house is well stocked. We look forward to returning!

July 18-25th, 2010. Wonderful vacation for our family of 10. Perfectly situated on the beach, close to St. Augustine. The house is well appointed with plenty of comfortable beds and linens, well maintained and kept very clean. During our visit we pretty much had the beach to ourselves and even got to see a turtle nest hatch. The one small problem that we had was almost immediately fixed. We are already planning our next visit!

Fantastic house. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, kitchen stocked well for cooking! Eight of us
women down for a tennis tournament had plenty of comfortable space to cook, eat, relax in the
hot tub and generally have a good time. We'll be back!
