This one-level beach front luxury home rests on a high dune, offering fantastic ocean views from the living areas and master suite. Cool watery colors carry throughout the house, offering a sense of serenity and peace. Cathedral ceilings, plantation shutters, white painted furniture, and the open floor plan contribute to the pristine and comfortable ambiance. The living - dining - kitchen area is bright and airy, completely open to the views, and outfitted with lovely and comfortable furnishings. An open galley kitchen with granite counters and top quality appliances make meal preparation a joy. The large flat screen TV and gas fireplace (for our winter guests only) can be enjoyed from every vantage point in the room.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a day bed (perfect for toddlers!), cable TV with VCR/DVD player, and a desk with a computer, printer and high speed wireless Internet connection. Sliding doors open onto the oceanfront deck, and a private bath with large soaking tub completes the suite. Sleeping to the sounds of the ocean is an experience not to be missed!

The luxurious junior master bedroom has a queen bed, vaulted ceilings, cable TV/VCR, and a private bath.

The third bedroom, perfect for children but comfortable for adults as well, sleeps three in a bunk bed with pull-out trundle. The bunkroom contains toys and games and has a TV/DVD. A full bath is located in the hall just outside the bunk room.

Picture yourself and your family enjoying the large deck! Running the length of the house, the center is bumped out to a spacious 16 x 20 feet. Tables, chairs, and lounges provide ample space for dining, relaxing and entertaining. A short walkway leads from the deck to the beach; at the end is a built in bench, perfect for early morning sunrises and late night star gazing. The oceanfront deck is perfect for sunning and entertaining!
