Welcome to Ocean Blue, our absolutely fabulous two story beach front vacation home, located directly on the Atlantic Ocean in South Ponte Vedra Beach! This wonderful home has stunning dark oak floors in the main living areas, a wonderful kitchen, walls of glass on the ocean side, a large flat yard, an unbelievable master suite, a huge deck, and much much more!

Unlike most oceanfront vacation homes in Ponte Vedra or St. Augustine, the main living area of Ocean Blue is located on the ground level. You just walk through the front door and are greeted with expansive ocean views! You will love having no stairs to climb to bring in your luggage and groceries!

The living - dining - kitchen area is extremely spacious and open. Comfortable but elegant furnishings, brand new 55" LCD TV (not shown in our photos), dining for 10 or more, and the wonderful deck beyond will will coax you into relaxation at once. Adjoining the living room is a cozy den, with ocean views, flat screen television and a queen sleeper.

Three bedrooms and three baths are also situated on the main floor. One bedroom has a queen bed, one has a king and a twin, and one has two twins and a queen. Each bedroom has its own bath, which is a welcome and unusual amenity for a large ocean front vacation rental!!

Upstairs is a wonderful retreat for a lucky couple! At the top of the stairs is a spacious office, complete with desk, bookcases, beverage refrigerator with ice maker, and high speed wireless. If you need to get some work done on your vacation, why not do it right here, in this wonderful space, overlooking the beach, with panoramic ocean views?

Next to the office is the best master suite we have to offer! The bedroom is huge, with a king bed, gas fireplace, spacious lounging area, large bath with walk in shower, and a large screened porch. An open balcony runs across the entire length of the house, offering a perfect spot for the entire family to take in ocean breezes and panoramic views of the sea!

Outside, oceanfront living could not be easier! Ocean Blue is one of the few luxury vacation rentals with a large, level back yard, so getting to the beach is a simple matter of walking across the lawn, over a tiny dune, and there you are! The yard provides a perfect play space for children, while adults can lounge, grill, and keep close watch.

Ocean Blue is a 10 minute drive to Ponte Vedra, 15 minutes to St. Augustine, an hour to Daytona speedway, two hours to Marineland, and 2.5 hours to Disney World. There are literally dozens of golf courses in the area, shopping galore, fabulous restaurants within minutes, and all the water sports you could think of. However, we think you will love Ocean Blue so much, that you won't stray far....you may never want to leave!
