Marshview is a brand new town home in a residential neighborhood overlooking the marsh and the Intra Coastal Waterway. Located in South Ponte Vedra Beach, Marshview is just 4 miles from downtown historic St. Augustine and within walking distance of the beach and the beautiful Atlantic ocean.

Marshview consists of three levels. On the ground floor is a single car garage, entry foyer, and private elevator. The main level on the second floor contains a spacious living-dining-kitchen area overlooking the marsh, as well as a bedroom and full bath. On the third level are a lovely master suite with private balcony, sitting area and spacious bath; laundry, and another bedroom suite with attached office area and private balcony.

The Marshview kitchen is furnished with all the conveniences of home, including granite counters, top quality appliances, and loads of storage. The marsh view from the kitchen is truly spectacular!

With three spacious bedrooms and three full baths, Marshview is a comfortable vacation or long term residence for up to 6 people, plus a baby in crib. The master suite contains a queen bed and bath with separate shower and whirlpool tub. The other two bedrooms also have queen beds and full baths.

Marshview offers all the amenities you would enjoy in a quality resort. Televisions and DVD players are available in the living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms. One bedroom has an attached office area, and high speed wireless Internet is available throughout the home. Marshview has a one car garage and additional on-site parking.

Marshview is just 1/2 mile south from the Serenata Beach Club, an optional amenity for our guests. The Serenata Club has three huge pools, work out facility, structured activities for kids, lots of activities and special dinners for adults, and much more! Our guests also love the fact that St. Augustine, with its many restaurants, attractions, shopping, and golf courses, is within a ten minute drive!
