Rate and Rental Details

• We collect a $500 deposit per week in order to reserve Captain's Cottage. Upon arrival, the deposit becomes a refundable damage deposit. Assuming no problems, the deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure.

• Taxes of 10% are additional to the rent, cleaning and pet fees. All charges are due and payable 6 weeks in advance of your arrival date.

• Holiday up charges are $300 for Captain's Cottage, and  they apply to the following weeks: Easter, TPC, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

• We have a week minimum all year round; during the fall and winter, we can start the weekly rental any day of the week.

• Between March 1 and Labor Day, we rent only Sunday-Sunday.

• We cannot offer refunds once the property is booked unless it becomes uninhabitable or unless we are able to re-rent for the same time period and price. We encourage all renters to obtain trip cancellation insurance.  For any renter-initiated cancellation, we charge a 10% management fee.
