Newly renovated, this lovely house rests atop a tall dune over looking the majestic Atlantic Ocean. Wonderful views can be had from inside the home, and absolutely spectacular vistas are seen from the raised oceanfront deck!

                        Spacious Living Area          

Almost Heaven has all the features a small family group would expect in a pretty and comfortable beach house! The foyer opens to a very spacious living area with a wall of windows showcasing the deck and ocean views. Comfortable lounging chairs, large flat screen television, bar looking into the kitchen, and cool tile floors all invite you to come in and relax!

         Two Sided Wood Burning Fireplace

The kitchen shares ocean views with a spacious dining area with seating for eight and a cozy open den. A wood burning, two-sided fireplace separates the den from the living area. Sliding glass doors leading to the ocean side deck insure that the cook, the diners, and anyone relaxing in the den can enjoy the views and the sounds of the sea!

The master bedroom contains a cottage style queen size bed, comfortable bedding, plenty of storage, flat screen television, private bath, and ocean views!

A second bedroom contains a double bed and shares a full bath with the cute bunk room. The bunk room has a twin over double bunk plus a pull-out trundle!

           Multiple Decks to Enjoy the View

The open and airy indoor spaces are fresh, pretty, and inviting. But even better is the large rear deck, which offers several special places for lounging, eating, reading or snoozing. The main deck connects to a covered and shady gazebo, perfect for those who want to enjoy the ocean breezes but stay out of the sun....and the gazebo connects to a raised open platform where the views and breezes are spectacular. A private dune walkover with a built in bench at the end offers still another perfect spot for relaxation.

 

             Best Beach on the East Coast

Our beach is wide, sandy, quiet, and car free. Only single family homes are near by, so there are no big crowds, even on the busiest summer weekends! Almost Heaven is so comfortable and pretty that you may never want to leave!
