Rate and Rental Details

  • We collect a $500 deposit per week (or less) in order to reserve Sandy Chic. Upon arrival, the deposit becomes a refundable damage deposit. Assuming no problems, the deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure.
  • Taxes of 10% are additional to the stated rental rate and cleaning fee. The full rent and taxes are due and payable 8 weeks in advance of your arrival date.
  • Holiday up charges are $300 forSandy Chic and apply to the following weeks: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
  • We have a 3 night minimum between September and February, except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, which have weekly minimums.
  • Between March and August, we rent only by the week, Sunday to Sunday.
  • Regarding cleaning fees, renters have two options: 1) pay  a $200 cleaning fee and do NO cleaning other than leaving the house tidy; or 2) pay a $150 cleaning fee and do the following: wash and dry at least two full loads of sheets or towels, leave the grill clean, empty the refrigerator and pantry of opened food, and other tasks as noted on the rental agreement.
  • We cannot offer refunds once the house is booked unless it becomes uninhabitable or unless we are able to re-rent for the same time period and price. We encourage all renters to obtain trip cancellation insurance. We charge a 10% administrative  fee for all renter-incurred cancellations.
