Pet Friendly and Pet Free Vacation Homes!

We have learned that luxury pet friendly properties are difficult to find. We have also learned that families traveling with their pets are typically very careful and make sure that their pets are well behaved in all ways. So, we are happy to announce that most Wren Beach Rentals are pet friendly!

If you do not have pets, you need not worry about finding odors, fleas, or pet hairs in our vacation properties. Our guests with pets sign a pet agreement and are responsible for any problems their pets cause. Each property is thoroughly cleaned and sprayed after every visit! So far, we have been very fortunate and even guests with allergies to pet dander have commented that our homes are pristine.

Quiet, Wide, Sandy, and Car Free Beach!

All of our properties are direct oceanfront, with incredible views and decks or patios to bring the outdoors in. The beach itself is wide, sandy, pristine, and perfect for swimming, surfing, walking, and shelling.  Most of our properties are located in a car-free beach zone, and you will seldom see any vehicles other than the Turtle Patrol on the beach. Because there are few multi family homes, restaurants, and public beach accesses in the area, the beach is extremely private. You will love it!

You will probably want to explore historic St. Augustine, Florida while staying at your Wren ocean front rental. In addition to the historic sites, great seafood restaurants, boating and other water activities, golf courses, tours, and tourist attractions, St. Augustine is home to many fine art galleries, antique stores, and other specialty shopping.

Portable cribs, booster chairs or high chairs, monitors and other baby equipment are available in every property. All have high speed wireless Internet and several offer full computer centers. Two of our multi-level properties have elevators and two have game rooms with pool tables.

Beach Club with Pools Available to Renters!

All renters at Wren Beach Rentals properties are eligible to obtain a tenant membership at the nearby Serenata Beach Club. The club offers three huge pools, great dining room by the ocean, plus a snack bar by the pools, work out facility, full time activities director, and much more.
